Your team worked side by side with us to ensure all our requests were met, and provided invaluable suggestions on fabric, materials, and the overall layout of the aircraft's interior. We could not have achieved this level of satisfaction without the exceptional customer service granted by your whole team.

We were particularly impressed with the quality of wood work we received on our aircraft. Our design required new drawers, new cabinets, new table tops, and new electronic components. All of these demands were achieved with a high level of quality and craftsmanship.

Finally, I wanted to comment on Mena Aircraft's willingness to stand by their product. You and your team have been extremely diligent in supplying us with additional materials such as touch up paint, so we can maintain the quality and beauty of our aircraft.

You should know we were extremely impressed with the level of dedication Mena Aircraft exhibited in completing our aircraft on time and within our very demanding specifications.
